We have developed a sector-based approach to our R&D and sourcing functions with teams focused in their field of expertise. With insight from a deep market network, we are able to predict with pinpoint accuracy where markets are trending and be better positioned to capitalize on opportunities.

EHL’s business model and its strategic pathway was cultivated over the years, since inception in 2002. Our property leasing function is treated as a management task capable of being ring-fenced as opposed to an internal function of the company. This allows for easy scaling and outsourcing as needed. We maintain an internal R&D function and front-line sales, but have the ability to farm these out. Our primary acquisition model is based on Core and we participate in Core Plus on a highly selective basis.

EHL has achieved consistent growth year over year leading to the recent pursuit of entry into new markets. Approximately 50% of our portfolio mix is from the retail, mall and mixed-use sector with office having the second largest share. Industrial and warehousing make up the balance of the portfolio. The tenant base is made up of several notable businesses ranging from banking, energy, government agencies, technology, and entertainment. Some of our properties include Briar Place and Price Plaza, North and South.
